摘　　要：“新工科”教育背景下,实验教学是培养创新型人才的重要实践手段。针对自动化专业的过程控制课程实验教学中传统教学方法存在成本高、效率低,设备不易于更新、升级等问题,结合Web 3D技术,通过Internet网络,采用B/S网络结构构建了虚拟实验平台,模拟仿真过程控制的设备操作培训、单回路控制系统设计、串级控制系统的投运和整定、前馈控制系统的投运和整定及其他先进控制等。该平台可以实现学生的实验教学管理、教师科研服务的网络共享平台,探究了虚拟仿真实验教学资源的管理模式,可为自动化专业的虚拟仿真实验教学、科研等提供帮助。Under the background of“new engineering”education,experimental teaching is an important practical means to cultivate innovative talents.Aiming at the problems of high cost,low efficiency and equipment not easy to update and upgrade in the traditional teaching method of process control course experiment teaching of automation specialty,a virtual experiment platform is constructed by combining Web 3D technology,Internet and B/S network structure to simulate the equipment operation training of process control,single loop control system design,setting of cascade control system,feed-forward control system and other advanced control methods.The platform can realize the network sharing platform of students’experimental teaching management and teachers’scientific research service,explore the management mode of virtual simulation experimental teaching resources,and provide help for virtual simulation experimental teaching and scientific research of automation specialty.
