摘  要:磷元素在作物高品质和高产量的生长中扮演着至关重要的角色,是酸性土壤中的主要限制性养分。茶树是我国重要的经济作物,磷浓度与茶树的生长状况密切相关。文章简述磷在茶树体内的分布,总结磷在茶叶生理生化效应中的关键作用,包括生理作用、光合效应及酶学生理效应等,揭示了磷在茶叶次生代谢过程中对氨基酸、茶多酚等重要品质成分的重要调节作用;重点关注茶树根系和叶片的磷获取途径,并详细讨论响应茶树磷吸收、转运途径的蛋白,转录因子和基因。研究旨在为茶树磷的获取和利用效率研究提供参考,并为茶树的高效栽培和科学施肥提供理论支持。Phosphorus plays a crucial role in the growth of crops for achieving high quality and high yield,and it is a major limiting nutrient in acidic soils.As an important economic crop in China,tea plants are closely related to their growth status.After reviewing the distribution of phosphorus in tea plants,this paper summarized the key roles of phosphorus in the physiological and biochemical effects on tea leaves,including the physiological,photosynthetic,and enzymatic effects on tea leaves.It reveals the significant regulatory role of phosphorus in important quality components such as amino acids and tea polyphenols during secondary metabolism process in tea leaves.The acquisition pathways of phosphorus in tea tree roots and leaves were emphasized,such as a detailed discussion of proteins,transcription factors,and genes that respond to phosphorus absorption and transport in tea plants.This study provided a reference for studying the phosphorus acquisition and utilization efficiency in tea plants,and offered the theoretical support for efficient cultivation and scientific fertilization of tea plants.
