摘 要:为确保电力能源的顺利营销,文章分析了电力企业的营销过程,旨在实现对电力营销活动的监督和控制。通过对多家电力企业的调查,发现了一些在营销稽查管理方面存在的问题,例如,管理效率未能达到实际标准,导致电力企业经济效益受到损失等。建立电力营销稽查体系是实施营销稽查工作的关键,电力企业的高层领导应高度重视营销稽查管理工作,不断提高稽查管理水平,以确保企业持续稳定发展。In order to ensure the smooth marketing of electric power energy,this paper analyzes the marketing process of electric power enterprises,aiming to realize the supervision and control of electric power marketing activities.Through the investigation of many electric power enterprises,we find some problems in the management of marketing audit,for example,the management efficiency fails to meet the actual standard,resulting in the loss of economic benefits of electric power enterprises.The establishment of electric power marketing audit system is the key to the implementation of marketing audit work.Senior leaders of electric power enterprises should attach great importance to marketing audit management and constantly improve the level of audit management to ensure the sustainable and stable development of enterprises.
