摘  要:结合某高层建筑钢构件吊装工程,针对项目工程施工场地狭小、施工障碍物多、吊装构件吨位大及工期紧等问题,以吊车少站位、一站多吊为原则,通过对临时拆除工地大门与部分围墙,进行施工吊点位分析,确定吊装机械型号并明确吊装站位与建筑物关系;考虑在最不利吊装工况下起重钢丝绳的选用规格,并对吊耳的焊缝强度、剪应力、拉应力以及局部挤压应力进行校核,最后通过BIM技术模拟钢结构施工顺序。解决了狭小场地高层建筑钢构件吊装的施工难题,能够确保施工质量与工期。Combined with the steel component hoisting project of a high-rise building,in order to address the problems such as the narrow construction site,many construction obstacles,large tonnage of hoisting com-ponents and tight construction period,the principle of fewer crane stations and multiple lifting at one sta-tion is adopted.Through analyzing the construction lifting points of the temporary demolition site gate and some walls,the model of lifting machinery is determined and the relationship between the lifting station and the building is clarified.Considering the selection specifications of the lifting wire rope under the most unfavorable lifting conditions,the weld strength,shear stress,tensile stress,and local compressive stress of the lifting lug are checked then.Finally,the construction sequence of the steel structure is simulated by BIM technology.This construction method solves the construction problem of hoisting steel components of high-rise buildings in narrow and small sites,and ensures the construction quality and duration.
