飞机发动机拆装车结构的轻量化及性能校核研究

摘  要:以自主设计的某型号的飞机发动机拆装车为研究对象,对其结构进行轻量化优化,并对优化前后拆装车的整体强度及刚度进行对比,以确保轻量化后拆装车整体结构符合设计要求。应用ADAMS软件建立完整的有限元模型,导入到Analysis软件中通过Optimization模块进行体积及应力灵敏度分析,从而确定轻量化方案并对其结构进行轻量化优化。同时利用Analysis仿真软件对优化前后拆装车整体强度及刚度进行仿真。结果表明,杆件经轻量化后其厚度均存在不同程度的减薄,最大减薄率高达50%,最小减薄率也接近12.5%;经轻量化后拆装车整体结构质量减少了185 kg,比轻量化前整车质量减少了12.5%;优化后拆装车最大应力值为187 MPa,比优化前增长了6.3%,但远低于碳锰钢(16 MnL)材料许用应力值355 MPa;优化后拆装车最大位移量为12.23 mm,比优化前增长了9.1%,纵观整个位移云图来看整体变形量仍较小。因此,说明轻量化后拆装车整体结构满足设计要求。Taking the disassembly and assembly vehicle of a certain type of self-designed aircraft engine as the research object,the lightweight of the structure is optimized,and the overall strength and stiffness of the vehicle before and after optimization are compared to ensure that the overall structure of the vehicle after lightweight meets the design requirements.A complete finite element model is established by ADAMS,imported into the optimization module of analysis software for sensitivity analysis of volume and stress,so as to determine the lightweight plan and optimize the structure for lightweight optimization,and the whole strength and stiffness of disassembly truck before and after optimization are simulated by analysis software at the same time.The results show that the thickness of the bar is reduced in different degrees after lightening,the maximum reduction rate is up to 50%,and the minimum reduction rate is close to 12.5%.After lightweight,the overall structural mass of the disassembly and assembly vehicle has been reduced by 185kg,which is 12.5%less than the weight of the entire vehicle before lightweight.The maximum stress value of the disassembly and assembly vehicle after optimization is 187MPa,which is 6.3%higher than that before optimization,but far lower than the allowable stress value of 355MPa for carbon manganese steel(16MnL).The maximum displacement after optimization is 12.23 mm,which is increased by 9.1%compared to before optimization and still less from the whole displacement cloud map.Therefore,it is indicated that the overall structure of the lightweight disassembly vehicle meets the design requirements.
