摘  要:试验旨在研究不同形式的硒对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、硒沉积和抗氧化能力的影响,选取360只54周龄海兰灰蛋鸡,分为3个组,每个组6个重复,每个重复20只,在各组基础日粮中添加0.3mg·kg-1硒(分别由亚硒酸钠、酵母硒和纳米硒提供),试验期为35d。结果显示:相比于亚硒酸钠组,蛋鸡日粮添加酵母硒和纳米硒能够降低破蛋率和软壳蛋率(P<0.05),提高鸡蛋蛋白高度和哈夫单位(P<0.05),增加血清和鸡蛋中硒的含量(P<0.05),同时能够提高蛋鸡肝脏、胸肌、十二指肠、空肠和回肠的总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.05),此外,纳米硒与酵母硒相比,提高了蛋鸡肝脏、胸肌、十二指肠和回肠中GSH-Px的活性(P<0.05)。结果表明蛋鸡日粮中添加酵母硒和纳米硒均能改善蛋鸡产蛋能力,提高其抗氧化能力;纳米硒对蛋鸡抗氧化能力的提升效果优于酵母硒。The experiment was to investigate the effects of different selenium sources on production performance,egg quality,selenium deposition and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.In this experiment,a total of 36054-week-old Hy-Line Grey laying hens were selected and randomly divided into three groups with six replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.These three groups received the same basal diet supplemented with 0.3 mg·kg-1 Se from sodium selenite(SS),yeast selenium(YS)and nano-selenium(NS),the feeding experiment lasted for 35 days.The results showed that compared with SS group,dietary YS and NS could reduce egg breaking rate and softshell egg rate(P<0.05),increase egg protein height and Haugh unit(P<0.05),and increase the selenium content in serum and egg(P<0.05).Moreover,YS and NS enhanced the total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity in liver,pectoral muscle,duodenum,jejunum and ileum in hens(P<0.05).In addition,compared with YS,NS increased the GSH-Px activity in liver,pectoral muscle,duodenum and ileum of laying hens(P<0.05).The results showed that dietary supplementation of YS and NS could improve performance and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.The effect of NS on antioxidant promotion of laying hens was better than that of YS.
