摘 要:餐饮对旅游城市的发展具有重要的作用。当前,随着国内外旅游市场的逐渐复苏,海南的餐饮发展也面临着新的挑战与机遇。本文采用SWOT分析法分析了当前海南特色餐饮品牌传播的现状,进一步总结海南特色餐饮品牌传播与发展中存在的主要问题,在此基础上,提出了基于海南国际旅游岛建设的特色餐饮品牌传播策略,从而塑造海南岛餐饮品牌形象,助力海南餐饮业、旅游业的可持续蓬勃发展。Catering plays an important role in the development of tourist cities.Currently,with the gradual recovery of domestic and international tourism markets,the development of catering in Hainan is also facing new challenges and opportunities.This article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the current situation of Hainan’s characteristic catering brand communication,and further summarizes the main problems in Hainan’s characteristic catering brand communication and development.On this basis,it proposes a characteristic catering brand communication strategy based on the construction of Hainan international tourism island,in order to shape the image of Hainan’s catering brand and help the sustainable and vigorous development of Hainan’s catering and tourism industries.
