摘  要:介绍轮胎厂硫化车间蒸汽的节能应用改造工作。通过将外压蒸汽排凝方式由传统的定时排凝改为液位排凝加温度和压力不正常时强制排凝及优化高压蒸汽非硫化状态排凝方式等,借助能源管理系统和生产执行系统(MES)加强能源管理,取得了较为明显的节能效果。同时通过现场蒸汽漏点治理,降低了生产现场温度及噪声,改善了生产环境。本改造工作可为轮胎厂在蒸汽节能方面提供一定的借鉴作用。The renovations on energy-saving application of steam in vulcanization workshop of the tire factory were introduced.By changing the condensate drainage method of external pressure steam from the traditional timing condensate drainage to liquid level condensate drainage plus forced condensate drainage when the temperature and pressure were abnormal,and optimizing the condensate drainage method of highpressure steam in the non-sulfurized state,the significant energy-saving effect was achieved with the help of the energy management system and the Manufacturing Execution System(MES)to strengthen the energy management.At the same time,through the on-site steam leakage treatment,the on-site temperature and noise were reduced,leading to an improved production environment.This renovation could provide some reference for tire factories in steam energy saving.
