摘 要:针对外挂蒸压轻质混凝土(ALC)墙板在钢框架结构应用中出现的裂缝问题,通过建立采用钩头螺栓节点安装的外挂ALC墙板有限元模型,研究钩头螺栓节点工作模式和墙板破坏机理,分析影响墙板裂缝开展的主要参数;采用正交分析法探究节点部件参数变化对其工作性能的影响规律,并以此为依据提出节点改进措施并检验其可靠性。研究结果表明,工程常用参数范围内的钩头螺栓节点对墙板转动有较强约束作用,框架变形达到特定值后,墙板螺栓孔处发生开裂并伴随墙板底部压溃;托板长度和钩头螺栓直径是影响节点性能的主要参数,墙板节点区破坏程度随托板长度和钩头螺栓直径增大而加剧;在墙板节点区设置抗裂钢筋网可增强其抗裂性能,但会增强墙板与节点间的相互作用,加剧墙板底部压溃破坏,钩头螺栓外合理设置弹性套筒可实现墙板与主体结构柔性连接,大幅提升墙板使用阶段受框架层间变形作用时的工作性能。Aiming at the cracks in the application of externally attached autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete(ALC) wall panels in steel frame structures,the finite element model of ALC wall panel installed with hook bolt joints was established,the working mode of hook bolt joints,the failure mechanism of wall panels were studied,and the main parameters affecting the crack development of wall panel were analyzed.The orthogonal analysis method was used to explore the influence of the changes in the parameters of the joint components on its working performance,and on this basis,the joint improvement measures were proposed and its reliability was tested.The research results show that the hook bolt joints within the range of common engineering parameters have a strong restraint on the rotation of the wall panel.When the frame deformation reaches a certain value,the wall panel bolt holes will crack and its bottom will be crushed.The length of the bottom board and the diameter of the hook bolt are the main parameters that affect the performance of the joint.The damage degree of the wall panel joint area increases with the increase of the length of the bottom board and the diameter of the hook bolt.The installation of anti-cracking reinforced mesh in the wall panel joint area can enhance its crack resistance performance,but it will strengthen the interaction between the wall panel and joints,and aggravate the crushed of the wall panel bottom.A suitable elastic sleeve can be arranged outside the hook bolts to realize the flexible connection between the wall panel and the main structure,which greatly improves the working performance of the wall panel under the action of frame interlayer deformation during the service stage.
