摘　　要：胆道肿瘤发病率逐年上升,整体预后差。临床上通常以治疗目标为导向和临床分期制订治疗策略。对于早期胆道肿瘤,以外科手术为主,力争R0切除,结合术中或术后放疗、肝内消融、术后化疗,采用个体化综合治疗方案。晚期胆道肿瘤患者以全身系统治疗为主,包括化疗、靶向治疗和免疫治疗,单一手段疗效欠佳,通常需要多种治疗的组合。近年来以多学科综合治疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)为主的诊疗模式已经成为胆道肿瘤患者延长生存的重要策略。随着精准靶向治疗以及免疫联合治疗的数据不断被刷新,胆道肿瘤的治疗格局持续改变,迫切需要更加规范、高效的MDT参与到诊疗过程中以提高诊疗水平,为此中国研究型医院学会精准医学与肿瘤MDT专业委员会组织专家制定《中国胆道肿瘤多学科综合治疗专家共识》。The incidence of biliary tract tumors is increasing year by year,and the overall prognosis is poor.Clinical treatment strategy was usually based on treatment goal orientation and clinical stage.For early biliary tract tumors,surgery with R0 resection is the main method,combing with intraoperative or postoperative radiotherapy,intrahepatic ablation,and postoperative chemotherapy as individual comprehensive treatment plan.Patients with advanced biliary tract tumors were mainly treated with systemic therapy,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy.A single approach is not effective and combination of multiple treatments were usually required.In recent years,multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)has become an important strategy to prolong the survival of patients with biliary tract tumors.As the data of precision targeted therapy and combined immunotherapy are constantly refreshed,the treatment patterns of biliary tract tumors continue to change,and more standardized and efficient MDT was urgently needed to participate in the diagnosis and treatment process to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.To this end,the Precision Medicine and Tumor MDT Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Society organized experts to develop the Expert consensus of Chinese biliary tract tumor multi-disciplinary treatment.
