摘　　要：发色取决于毛发中的黑色素。发色形成过程包括3个相对独立的阶段:黑色素细胞的增殖分化、黑色素的胞内合成、黑色素的转运,3个阶段的调节机制不同。目前,促进毛发黑色素生成的物质主要有激素类、营养素类、抗氧化类以及其他作用机制类药物。本文综述了发色形成机理及抗白发病药物的研究进展,分析了发色形成机制尚未阐明的重要问题,并对抗白发病药物领域的研究方向和前景进行了展望,有助于本领域研究人员对当前发色形成机理和白发病的解决方案快速建立完整的认识。The hair color comes from melanin.Hair pigmentation can be divided into 3 relatively independent stages:proliferation and differentiation of melanocytes,synthesis of melanin in melanocytes,and melanin transportation.The regulation mechanisms of these 3 stages are different.At present,the substances that promote the generation of hair melanin mainly include hormones,nutrients,antioxidants,and other drugs with various action mechanisms.This paper reviews the research progress of the mechanism of melanin synthesis and drugs for treating premature gray hair,analyzes some unclear and important problems involved in hair color formation,and the prospects of related drugs,in order to provide better understanding of mechanism of hair color formation and find more effective measures for preventing premature gray hair.
