摘 要:城市立体交通系统作为城市日常运转和应急管理的生命线,其遭受灾害时的韧性直接关系着城市社会经济的可持续发展。从扰动力、抵抗力、适应力和恢复力4个方面构建城市立体交通系统韧性评价指标体系,通过熵权法为各指标赋权,并基于模糊综合评价法和云模型建立城市立体交通系统韧性评价模型(FCE-CM模型)。以上海市为实例,通过FCE-CM模型评价其城市立体交通系统韧性。研究表明:基于FCE-CM的城市立体交通韧性评价体系能够全面、准确地反映城市立体交通系统的韧性水平,可为城市立体交通系统的评价及优化提供参考。As the lifeline of the city′s daily operation and emergency management,the resilience of the three-dimensional urban traffic system is directly related to the sustainable development of the city′s social economy when it suffers from disasters.The resilience evaluation index system of three-dimensional urban traffic system was constructed from four aspects:disturbance force,resistance force,adaptability and recovery force,and each index was assigned a weight by entropy weighting method,and the resilience evaluation model of three-dimensional urban traffic system was established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and cloud model(FCE-CM model).Taking Shanghai as an example,the resilience of its three-dimensional urban traffic system was evaluated by the established FCE-CM model.The study showed that the three-dimensional urban traffic resilience evaluati on system based on FCE-CM can reflect the resilience level of three-dimensional urban traffic system comprehensively and accurately,in order to provide reference for the evaluation and optimization of three-dimensional urban traffic system.
