摘 要:对轨道客车乙型侧柱成型工艺进行模拟分析,由于该零件断面为Z形非对称截面,材质抗拉强度较高、板料厚,易出现回弹、扭曲等成型缺陷。运用Dynaform软件对侧柱成型的不同工艺参数进行仿真模拟,回弹结果表明凸模圆角半径为1 mm,上下翻边模具移动速度存在差异时,零件回弹最小。根据仿真参数设计并制造侧柱成型模具,并在制造模具时进行了回弹补偿,以此保证侧柱单件精度。在压力机上进行压型,根据侧柱压型后测量结果对模具进行调整,直至侧柱符合使用要求,验证了该方案的正确性。The forming process of side beam was simulated and analyzed.Because the section shape of the part is Z-shaped asymmetrical,the material tensile strength is high,the sheet thickness is thick,so the forming defects such as springback and distortion are easy to occur.Dynaform software was used to analyze different process parameters of the side beam forming,the springback results show that the part springback is the smallest when the punch fillet radius is 1 mm and there are certain difference between the moving speed of the upper and lower flanging dies.According to the simulation results,the forming die for the side beam is designed and manufactured,and the springback compensation is carried out during the manufacturing of the die to ensure the accuracy of the side beam.Carry out molding on the press,and adjusted according to the measured results of the formed side beam until the side beam meets the requirements,final results verifies the correctness of the scheme.
