摘 要:本文以提高大负荷液压系统的负载能力为目标。首先,阐述了节流调速回路的基本结构与工作原理。其次,利用AMESim完成了节流调速回路的系统设计,并完成了节流调速回路的受力分析。最后,基于单神经网络PID算法,搭建了节流调速回路的优化模型,分析了执行元件在调速回路中对负载不同速度的作用规律。仿真结果表明,PID控制系统的引入增强节流调速回路的适用性,为设计速度控制回路提供了理论参考依据。The aim of this paper is to improve the load capacity of large load hydraulic system.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of throttling speed regulating circuit are described.Secondly,AMESim is used to complete the system design of throttling speed regulating circuit,and the force analysis of throttling speed regulating circuit is completed.Finally,based on the PID algorithm of single neural network,the optimization model of throttling speed control circuit is built,and the action law of the actuator on the different speed of the load in the speed control circuit is analyzed.The simulation results show that the introduction of PID control system enhances the applicability of throttle speed control loop,and provides a theoretical reference for the design of speed control loop.
