摘 要:本文基于半无限饱和土初值解,同时考虑了同步注浆压力非均匀分布特征,推导了小半径曲线盾构掘进诱发地表沉降计算公式,并结合成都轨道交通27号线韦家碾站—双水碾站工程实例探讨了在各参数影响下的地表变形规律。结果表明:地表沉降变形计算结果与现场实测数据规律大致吻合,验证了计算公式的合理性。将注浆压力视为均布荷载所得计算地表隆起量大大小于将注浆压力视为非均布荷载时所得的地表隆起量,故将注浆压力视为均布荷载在一定程度上减弱了盾尾注浆压力对地表沉降的控制作用。非均匀分布注浆压力引起的地表沉降变形以及作用范围与盾壳长度和浆液黏滞系数呈反比,而盾构掘进速度对非均匀分布注浆压力引起的地表沉降变形以及作用范围的影响较小。Based on the initial value solution of semi-infinite saturated soil and considering the non-uniform distribution characteristics of synchronous grouting pressure,this paper deduces the calculation formula of surface settlement induced by small-radius curved shield tunneling,and discusses the surface deformation rule under the influence of various parameters combined with the example of Weijiagian Station Shuangshuibian Station of Chengdu Rail Transit Line 27.The results show that the calculation results of surface settlement deformation are roughly consistent with the field measured data,which verifies the rationality of the calculation formula.The surface uplift calculated when the grouting pressure is treated as uniform load is much lower than the surface uplift calculated when the grouting pressure is treated as non-uniform load.Therefore,the control effect of shield tail grouting pressure on surface settlement is weakened to some extent when the grouting pressure is treated as uniform load.The surface subsidence deformation and the range of action caused by the non-uniform distribution of grouting pressure are inversely proportional to the length of the shield shell and the viscosity coefficient of the slurry,while the shield tunneling speed has little effect on the surface subsidence deformation and the range of action caused by the non-uniform distribution of grouting pressure.
