摘  要:目的分析在新生儿科临床带教中实施基于标准化新生儿模型结合基于问题的教学方法(problembased learning,PBL)的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2022年12月于桃江县人民医院新生儿科实习的50名医生为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各25名,观察组采用基于标准化新生儿模型结合PBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统教学法进行教学,对两组实习医生教学效果进行对比分析。结果观察组实习医生的临床思维能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习医生教学后的综合能力考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组实习医生的基础理论知识、临床实践能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于标准化新生儿模型结合问题驱动教学法(即PBL教学法)应用于新生儿科临床护理教学中,可有效提高实习医生的基础理论知识、临床实践能力,并提升其综合能力,教学质量显著。Objective Analyze the effectiveness of implementing standardized neonatal models combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of neonatology.Methods Fifty doctors who interned in the Department of Neonatology at Taojiang County People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 25 patients in each group.The observation group was taught using a standardized neonatal model combined with PBL teaching method,while the control group was taught using traditional teaching method.The teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical thinking ability scores of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability assessment scores of the observation group's interns after teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability of interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the standardized neonatal model combined with problem-driven teaching method,namely PBL teaching method,to the clinical nursing teaching of neonatal pediatrics can effectively improve the basic theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability of interns,and enhance their comprehensive abilities,resulting in significant teaching quality.
