摘　　要：针对精神科护理中存在的问题,评判性思维创新护理管理模式应运而生。该模式将评判性思维和创新理念运用于护理管理实践中,旨在提升护理人员的思维能力、工作效率和工作质量。该模式可以有效地促进精神科护理人员的专业素养和综合能力,并且有助于优化护理服务流程,提高患者满意度和治疗效果。此外,该模式还可以培养护理人员的团队协作和沟通能力,促进科室内部的良好氛围。因此,在精神科护理管理实践中广泛推广评判性思维创新护理管理模式具有重要的现实意义和深远的发展前景。本文通过查阅相关文献,探讨了评判性思维创新护理管理模式在精神科中的应用。In view of the problems existing in psychiatric nursing,the innovative nursing management model of critical thinking came into being.This model applies critical thinking and innovative ideas to nursing management practice,aiming at improving nursing staff's thinking ability,work efficiency and work quality.This model can effectively promote the professional quality and comprehensive ability of psychiatric nursing staff,and help to optimize the nursing service process,improve patient satisfaction and treatment effect.In addition,the model can also cultivate the teamwork and communication skills of nursing staff,and promote a good atmosphere within the department.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and far-reaching development prospect to popularize the innovative nursing management mode of critical thinking in the practice of psychiatric nursing management.This paper discussed the application of innovative nursing management model of critical thinking in psychiatry by consulting relevant literature.
