摘  要:扶典口西江特大桥所用CF60混凝土是一种新型多相复合优质的高性能混凝土,针对扶典口西江特大桥的结构形式和工程特点,按照就地取材的原则和技术规范的要求进行CF60复合型超高性能混凝土的组成材料、配合比例及技术性能研究,合理选择混凝土配合比设计参数,并采用复合型外加剂、活性掺合料和混合纤维等技术手段,以获得复合型超高性能的混凝土最佳配合比例。结合工程现场条件探索CF60混凝土在扶典口西江特大桥的应用技术,跟踪检测混凝土施工质量,提出CF60混凝土结构施工过程中的关键技术与控制要点,评价CF60混凝土在工程实际中的应用效果和效益,确保大跨径桥梁结构的工程质量和使用寿命,并为长大桥梁建设提供依据和参考。CF60 concrete used in Fudiankou Xijiang Super Major Bridge is a new type of multi-phase composite high-quality high-performance concrete.According to the structural form and engineering characteristics of Fudiankou Xijiang Super Major Bridge,the composition materials,matching proportion and technical performance of CF60 composite ultra-high performance concrete are studied in accordance with the principle of local materials and the requirements of technical specifications.Reasonable selection of concrete mix design parameters,and the use of composite admixtures,active admixtures and mixed fibers and other technical means,in order to obtain the best mix ratio of composite ultra-high performance concrete;combined with the site conditions of the project,the application technology of CF60 concrete in Fudiankou Xijiang Super Major Bridge is explored,the construction quality of concrete is tracked and tested,the key technologies and control points in the construction process of CF60 concrete structure are proposed,and the application effect and benefit of CF60 concrete in the engineering practice are evaluated to ensure the engineering quality and service life of the long-span bridge structure.It also provides the basis and reference for the construction of long bridges.
