摘 要:我国是聚酰胺(PA)需求和生产大国,但产品以PA6为主,高端及特种PA产品卡脖子现象严重。制约我国PA产业发展的关键在于缺乏单体二元胺的生产技术。传统化学方法制二元胺工艺不符合国家绿色低碳发展目标,故绿色生产工艺应运而生。介绍了二元胺的市场现状,综述了丁二胺、己二胺、壬二胺、癸二胺、十二碳二胺和间苯二甲胺的生产技术进展,对不同的二元胺建议了不同的工艺路线,并对未来国内二元胺工业化的发展方向提出了建议。China is a large country in polyamide(PA)demand and production,but the products are mainly PA6,severely lacking high-end and special PA products.The key factor restricting the development of domestic PA industry is the lack of monomeric diamine production technology.The traditional chemical process for producing diamines can not meet the national green and low-carbon development goals,so green production technologies have emerged.The market status of diamines is introduced.The production progresses of butylenediamine,hexanediamine,nonamethylene diamine,decamethylene diamine,dodecanediamine and m-phenydimethylamine are summarized.The different process routes for different diamines are suggested.And the development direction of domestic diamine industrialization in the future is put forward.
