摘  要:试验旨在研究百里香酚与姜黄素联用对鸡白痢沙门氏菌感染蛋雏鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力、肠道形态的影响。选用120只1日龄健康罗曼粉蛋雏鸡,随机分为空白对照(CON)、百里香酚-姜黄素(CT)、攻毒(PD)、攻毒+百里香酚-姜黄素(PD+CT)4个处理组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10只鸡。CON组和PD组饲喂基础日粮,CT组和PD+CT组在基础日粮中添加225 mg/kg百里香酚-姜黄素混合物,各攻毒组蛋雏鸡于14日龄攻毒鸡白痢沙门氏菌。预试期7 d,正试期21 d。结果表明:①与CON组相比,PD组的平均日增重、平均日采食量显著降低,料重比显著升高(P<0.05);与PD组相比,PD+CT组的平均日增重显著升高,料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。②与CON组相比,PD组的十二指肠和空肠指数显著降低(P<0.05);与PD组相比,PD+CT组的空肠指数显著升高(P<0.05)。③与CON组相比,CT组的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)活性、空肠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),血清、肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);与CON组相比,PD组的血清GSH水平和肝脏GSH水平显著降低(P<0.05),空肠T-AOC、T-SOD水平显著降低(P<0.05),血清、肝脏和空肠中MDA含量显著升高(P<0.05);与PD组相比,PD+CT组的肝脏GSH水平和空肠T-SOD水平显著升高(P<0.05),肝脏和空肠中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。④与CON组相比,PD组的空肠绒毛高度、绒隐比显著降低,隐窝深度显著升高(P<0.05);与PD组相比,PD+CT组的空肠绒毛高度、绒隐比显著升高,隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,百里香酚与姜黄素联用能够提高蛋雏鸡的生长性能、提高机体抗氧化能力和改善肠道形态,有效缓解鸡白痢沙门氏菌对蛋雏鸡的不利影响。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of curcumin and thymol complex on growth performance,antioxidant ability and intestinal morphology of laying hens infected with Salmonella pullorum.One hundred and twenty one-day-old Roman hens were randomly divided into four groups:control group(CON),thymol-curcumin group(CT),infection group(PD)and thymolcurcumin for infection group(PD+CT),each group had three replicates of 10 chickens.CON and PD groups were fed with basal diet,CT and PD+CT groups were fed with 225 mg/kg thymolcurcumin mixture in basal diet.The chicks of each group were challenged with Salmonella pullorum at the age of 14 days.The pre-feeding period was seven days and the official experiment time was 21 days.The results were as followings:①compared with CON group,the daily gain,feed intake and feed conversion efficiency of PD group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the daily gain,feed intake and feed-to-weight ratio of PD group were significantly increased(P<0.05),in PD+CT Group,the daily weight gain was significantly increased and the feed-weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).②Compared with the CON group,while the duodenum and jejunal index of the PD group were significantly lower,and the jejunal index of the PD+CT group was significantly higher than that of the PD group(P<0.05).③Compared with the CON group,serum glutathione peroxidase(GSH)activity and total jejunal antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)were significantly increased in the CT group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in serum,liver and jejunum was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the CON group,the serum and liver GSH levels in the PD group were significantly reduced,the levels of jejunal T-AOC and t-SOD were significantly reduced,and the content of MDA in serum and liver was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the PD group,the liver GSH level and jejunal T-SOD level(P<0.05)and the MDA content in the liver and jejunum were significantly reduced(P<0.05)in the PD+CT group.④Compared with the C
