摘　　要：在开放教育中引入移动学习已经成为一种必然趋势,开展移动学习效果评价有助于进一步提升开放教育的办学水平和质量。文章通过对移动学习效果评价研究现状的分析,以柯氏评估模型为理论基础,从反应层、学习层、行为层和结果层等四个层次分析开放教育移动学习效果评价体系的评价内容、评价方法和评价阶段,选择合适的移动学习效果评价指标,构建了开放教育移动学习效果评价体系,并指出实施评价过程中要注意的问题。The introduction of mobile learning in open education has become an inevitable trend.Carrying out evaluation on the effect of mobile learning is helpful to further improve the level and quality of open education.Based on the analysis of the current research status of mobile learning effect evaluation,and taking the Kirkpatrick evaluation model as theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the evaluation content,evaluation method and evaluation stage of the evaluation system of mobile learning effect in open education from the four levels of response layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer,and selects the appropriate evaluation index of mobile learning effect.The evaluation system of the effect of mobile learning in open education is constructed,and the problems to be paid attention to in the evaluation process are pointed out.
