摘 要:多项报道提示病毒感染与白癜风之间存在潜在关联,但尚不清晰。本文回顾了相关的临床数据,并总结了病毒可能引起黑素细胞损伤的几种机制。现有的数据表明,感染人类免疫缺陷病毒、丙型肝炎病毒、水痘带状疱疹病毒以及接种新冠疫苗与白癜风的发生发展可能存在关联。然而相关证据多来自病例报告或病例对照研究,而且存在结果不一致的情况,此外,病毒可通过募集免疫细胞、分子拟态、氧化应激等机制造成黑素细胞损伤。多能干细胞构建的皮肤类器官和人源化动物模型有助于阐明相关的机制。Although several studies have suggested the potential association between viruses infection and vitiligo,it remains still unclear.We review the relevant clinical data and also summarize the possible pathogenesis of virus-induced melanocyte injury.The existing evidence indicates that infection of human immunodeficiency virus,hepatitis C virus and varicella zoster virus,and coronavirus vaccination may be associated with vitiligo development.However,most evidence come from case reports and case-control studies and several studies have inconsistent results.In addition,the related mechanism of melanocyte injury may be involved in the recruitment of immune cells,the molecular mimicry,and oxidative stress.Pluripotent stem cell-derived skin organoids and humanized animal models would help elucidate the relevant mechanism.
