摘　　要：患儿男,14月龄,左乳头白色丘疹2个月,逐渐增大,无不适。皮肤科情况:左乳头一直径约4 mm圆形白色丘疹,表面光滑,边界清楚,与表皮相连,触之质硬;刮破后见白色伴臭味的干酪样物质。皮肤镜检查示:圆形白色均质样结构,边界清晰,表面可见分枝状血管。反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)示:真皮浅中层见层状排列高折光物质,呈“洋葱环样”。诊断:儿童乳头表皮样囊肿。A 14-month-old male child presented with a white papule on the left nipple for 2 months,which was gradually increased without discomfort.Dermatological examination showed a round,hard,white papule on the left papilla,approximately 4 mm×4 mm in size,with smooth surface,clear boundary,and connected with the epidermis;and white cheesy contents with foul smellwas found after scraping.Dermoscopy showed a round white structure with clear boundary and branching vessels.Reflection confocal microscopy(RCM) showed the contents were located in the superficial and middle dermis and layered like “onion rings”.The diagnosis of epidermoid cyst was made.
