摘　　要：目的分析6~8岁儿童第一恒磨牙异位萌出的发生率,对第一恒磨牙异位萌出角度与第二乳磨牙牙根吸收程度进行相关性分析。方法选取2021-2022年在济南市口腔医院儿童口腔科因牙病就诊的6825名6~8岁患儿,采用曲面体层片进行第一恒磨牙异位萌出测量分析。测量异位萌出的第一恒磨牙与第二乳磨牙牙体长轴之间的角度,分析其与第二乳磨牙牙根吸收程度的关系。结果第一恒磨牙异位萌出的发生率为1.54%(105/6825)。上颌发生第一恒磨牙异位萌出的发生率高于下颌,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.114,P<0.01)。第一恒磨牙的异位萌出角度与第二乳磨牙牙根吸收程度呈显著正相关关系(r=0.928,P<0.01)。结论第一恒磨牙异位萌出的发生率不高。第一恒磨牙异位萌出时,第一恒磨牙与第二乳磨牙牙体长轴之间的角度越大,第二乳磨牙的牙根吸收程度越严重,应尽早诊断、监测和治疗。Objective To analyze the prevalence of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar in children aged 6 to 8 years old,and to analyze the correlation between the ectopic eruption angle of the first permanent molar and the degree of root resorption of the second deciduous molar.Methods A total of 6825 children aged 6 to 8 years attending the pediatric stomatology department of Jinan Stomatological Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were selected and analyzed for the measurement of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar using panoramic radiographs.The angle between the long axis of the first permanent molar and the second primary molar was measured,and the relationship between the angle and the degree of root resorption of the second primary molar was analyzed.Results The prevalence of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar was 1.54%(105/6825).The incidence of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar in the maxillary arch was higher than that in the mandibular arch with significant differences between the arches(χ^(2)=48.114,P<0.01).There was significant positive relationship between the angle of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar and the degree of root resorption of the second deciduous molar(r=0.928,P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar is not high.In cases of ectopic eruption of the first permanent molar,the greater the angle between the long axis of the first permanent molar and the second primary molar,the more severe the root resorption of the second primary molar.It is an important anomaly that should be early diagnosed,monitored and treated.
