摘　　要：丝印机是AMB工艺中的核心设备,在多道工序中均有应用,视觉对位精度直接影响印刷精度。通过分析不同印刷工序中各陶瓷基板的材质及表面情况,兼顾网版寿命与产品质量,设计了一种视觉对位系统,在单机设备上兼容实现了不同产品边角定位或Mark点定位的需求。Screen printing machine is the core equipment in Active Metal Brazing(AMB)process,which is applied in multiple processes,and the visual alignment accuracy directly affects printing accuracy.This paper analyzes the materials'texture and surface conditions of various ceramic substrates in different printing processes,taking into account the lifespan of the screen and product quality,and a visual alignment system is designed that is compatible with the needs of corner positioning or mark point positioning for different products on a single device.
