摘 要:试验旨在探讨在日粮中添加不同水平大蒜素对青脚麻鸡生长性能、免疫功能、血清生化指标的影响。选取400只1日龄健康青脚麻鸡,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100、150 mg/kg大蒜素。试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组麻鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组麻鸡平均日增重极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅱ组麻鸡的料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅱ组麻鸡的屠宰率极显著提高(P<0.01),Ⅲ组麻鸡的屠宰率显著提高(P<0.05);Ⅱ组麻鸡的脾脏指数显著提高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组麻鸡血清中的免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),所有大蒜素组麻鸡血清中免疫球蛋白M水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。所有大蒜素组麻鸡血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素-γ水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组麻鸡血清中白细胞介素-1β水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组麻鸡血清中白细胞介素-4水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,Ⅱ组麻鸡血清总蛋白(TP)和球蛋白(GLB)含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅲ组麻鸡血清的总胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组麻鸡血清尿素氮(BUN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组麻鸡血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加100~150 mg/kg可提高麻鸡的屠宰率,促进脾脏发育,提高血清中TP、GLB以及HDL的含量,降低胆固醇含量。The study was to investigate the effect of allicin on growth performance,immune function and serum biochemical indexes of Partridge shank chickens.A total of 400 one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly distributed into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The control group,experimental groupⅠ,groupⅡand groupⅢwere added with 0,50,100 and 150 mg/kg allicin in the basal diet,respectively.The experiment lasted for 28 d.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain of the experimental groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05),the average daily gain of experimental groupⅡand groupⅢwas extremely increased(P<0.01),and the feed to gain ratio of the experimental groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the dressing rate of groupⅡwas extremely increased(P<0.01),and the dressing rate of groupⅢwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The spleen index of groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum levels of immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in experimental groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of immunoglobulin M in all allicin groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interferon-γin all allicin groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Il-1βin groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The serum level of interleukin-4 in groupⅡwas significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of serum TP and GLB in groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of serum TC in groupⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the content of HDL was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum BUN content in groupⅡand groupⅢwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the serum ALP activity in groupⅡwas higher than that in control
