摘  要:试验旨在分析大麦虫幼虫粉的营养成分。采用国家标准分析测定了大麦虫幼虫粉中的水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗脂肪、脂肪酸及矿物元素的含量。结果表明,大麦虫幼虫粉中水分、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪的含量分别为3.48%、2.85%、47.70%、39.84%;18种常见氨基酸总量为46.59%,其中必需氨基酸占比为36.53%,含硫氨基酸的氨基酸评分和化学评分最低,必需氨基酸指数为0.83。大麦虫幼虫粉中不饱和脂肪酸占比为59.13%,油酸和亚油酸所占比例较高;钾(K)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)、钠(Na)、锌(Zn)及铁(Fe)等矿物元素含量较高。研究表明,大麦虫幼虫粉具有较高的营养价值,可开发为一种优质蛋白质饲料原料在畜禽养殖中应用。The experiment was to analysis of nutrient composition of Zophobas morio larva meal.The content and composition of water,ash,crude protein,amino acid,crude fat,fatty acid and mineral elements in Zophobas morio larva meal were determined by national standard analysis.The results showed that the water,ash,crude protein,crude fat content of Zophobas morio larva meal was 3.48%,2.85%,47.70%and 39.84%respectively,the total amount of 18 common amino acids was 46.59%,of which the essential amino acids accounted for 36.53%.The amino acid score and chemical score of sulfur containing amino acids were the lowest,and the essential amino acid index was 0.83.The content of proportion of unsaturated fatty acid was 59.13%,and the proportion of oleic acid and linoleic acid was higher.The mineral elements such as potassium(K),phosphorus(P),magnesium(Mg),sodium(Na),zinc(Zn)and iron(Fe)were relatively high.The experiement indicates that Zophobas morio larva meal has high nutritional value,which can be developed and utilized as a high-quality protein feed material for livestock and poultry breeding.
