摘　　要：病毒感染与皮肤肿瘤的发展密切相关,约有15%的皮肤肿瘤可能由病毒感染诱发。目前研究显示参与人类肿瘤的病毒主要包括7种病毒,不同的病毒致癌的分子机制亦各不相同,其中人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)、爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)、卡波西肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(Kaposi's sarcomaassociated herpes virus,KSHV)、默克尔细胞多瘤病毒(Merkel cell polyomavirus,MCV)、人类T细胞嗜淋巴细胞病毒1型(human T lymphotropic virus,HTLV-1)与皮肤肿瘤密切相关。本文将从流行病学、分子机制的角度阐述致癌病毒与皮肤肿瘤之间的因果关系,从病毒感染的角度探讨皮肤肿瘤新的诊断及治疗思路。Viruses are closely associated with the development of tumors,and about 15%of tumors are caused by viral infections.Current studies have shown that mainly seven viruses are involved in human tumors,with different molecular mechanisms of inducing carcinogenesis.Among them,human papillomavirus(HPV),Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpes virus(KSHV),Merkel cell polyomavirus(MCV)and human T lymphotropic virus(HTLV-1)are closely linked to skin tumors.This paper reviews the causal relationship between carcinogenic viruses and skin tumors from the perspective of epidemiology and molecular mechanism and discusses the new diagnosis and treatment ideas for skin tumors from the perspective of viral infection.
