囊肿型全毛囊瘤1例  

Primary Cystic Panfolliculoma:A Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,27岁,右侧面部皮下结节2年。患者右侧面部直径约1 cm皮下囊性结节,境界清楚,质地稍硬,无明显压痛。皮损组织病理示:皮下巨大囊性环状结构,囊肿中央可见角化物质,囊壁可见基底样细胞团结节状分布,部分结节中央可见毛干样结构,还可见典型的外毛根鞘及内毛根鞘分化。结合临床表现和组织病理改变符合囊肿型全毛囊瘤。皮损予以手术切除,预后良好。A 27-year-old male presented with a clinical manifestation of a subcutaneous nodule on the right face for 2 years.His right face had a 1 cm-in-diameter subcutaneous nodule with a clear boundary,slightly firm texture and without pain.Histopathological findings revealed a huge subcutaneous cystic ring structure,where keratinized material was observed in the center of the cyst,and the cystic wall was composed of basaloid cells,lobules and hair-follicle-like structures,with typical differentiation into outer and inner root sheath.A cystic panfolliculoma was diagnosed.The patient underwent surgical resection,and the prognosis was favorable.
