摘　　要：目的探讨结肠镜联合腹腔镜行结肠癌根治术治疗早期结肠癌患者的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的90例早期结肠癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组采用腹腔镜结肠癌根治术治疗,观察组采用结肠镜联合腹腔镜行结肠癌根治术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术后1 h,观察组的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、皮质醇(Cor)及促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平均低于对照组,胃泌素(GAS)、抑胃肽(GIP)及胃动素(MTL)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1次排便时,观察组的双歧杆菌、拟杆菌及乳杆菌数量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结肠镜联合腹腔镜行结肠癌根治术治疗早期结肠癌患者的临床效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of colonoscopy combined with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in the treatment of patients with early colon cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with early colon cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer,and the observation group was treated with colonoscopy combined with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 1 h after operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor)and adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of gastrin(GAS),gastric inhibitory polypeptide(GIP)and motilin(MTL)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the first defecation after operation,the numbers of Bifidobacterium,Bacteroides and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colonoscopy combined with laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer in the treatment of patients with early colon cancer has better clinical effect.
