摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术并生理盐水持续冲洗治疗颌面间隙感染的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月我院收治的60例颌面间隙感染患者为研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为常规组(30例,传统切开引流并生理盐水持续冲洗治疗)和观察组(30例,VSD技术并生理盐水持续冲洗治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的脓肿治愈时间、抗生素使用时间及住院时长短于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后3 d、治疗结束时,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平及白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(NEUT)低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的引流管堵塞发生率低于常规组,引流管置管时长、瘢痕长度及创口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论VSD技术并生理盐水持续冲洗治疗颌面间隙感染的效果显著,值得推广及应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technique and continuous irrigation with normal saline in the treatment of maxillofacial space infection.Methods Sixty patients with maxillofacial space infection admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into routine group(30 cases,traditional incision and drainage and continuous irrigation with normal saline)and observation group(30 cases,VSD technique and continuous irrigation with normal saline)by random number method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The abscess healing time,antibiotic use time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05);At 3 d after treatment and at the end of treatment,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-10(IL-10),white blood cell count(WBC)and percentage of neutrophil(NEUT)in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of drainage tube blockage in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the drainage tube indwelling time,scar length and wound healing time were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion VSD technique combined with continuous irrigation with normal saline in the treatment of maxillofacial space infection has significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
