摘 要:目的探索更为有效的线上继续教育模式,进一步提高整形美容专业继续教育效果。方法使用问卷星对参与线上培训的整形美容专业医生进行问卷调查,共回收有效问卷184份,调查内容包括研究对象的基本信息和线上继续教育课程体验。结果参加线上培训的医生以中级职称(主治医师)最多,占比47.83%(88/184)。67.39%的医生更倾向于线上线下培训相结合的学习模式;线上培训的优势在于不受时间地域限制、能录播、课程资源丰富以及成本低,其缺点包括操作类课程难以实训、师生不能即时互动交流以及网络卡顿;课程内容偏向于新理论、新技术、新方法,适宜技术和实操知识,以及手术视频;55.98%的医生选择适宜课程时长30~60 min;78.80%的医生重视课题分享和专家讨论两个环节;希望线上继续教育提升的方面包括增加名师邀请、预先收集关注点有目的地讨论临床热点问题、增加分享频次以及分享内容多元化。结论线上培训作为新型整形美容继续教育模式既有其优势也有其不足;线下线上相结合的继续教育新模式是未来的发展方向,对促进整形美容医学继续教育事业发展、提升从业人员的专业技能具有重要意义。Objective To explore the more effective online continuing education models,and to further improve the effectiveness of continuing education in plastic and aesthetic major.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among doctors of plastic and aesthetic major who participated in the online training by QuestionStar.A total of 184 valid questionnaires were collected,and the survey content included basic information of the research subjects and the experience of online continuing education courses.Results The doctors who participated in online training had the most intermediate titles(attending physicians),accounting for 47.83%(88/184).67.39%of doctors were more inclined to the learning mode of combining online and offline training;the advantages of online training were that it was not limited by time and region,could be recorded and broadcast,and had rich course resources and low cost,and its disadvantages included difficult practical training of operational courses,no immediate interaction between teachers and students,and network congestion;the course content was biased towards new theories,new techniques,new methods,appropriate techniques and practical knowledge,as well as surgical videos;55.98%of doctors chosed the appropriate course duration of 30-60 min;78.80%of doctors attached importance to topic sharing and expert discussion;the aspects that were hoped to be improved by online continuing education included increasing the invitation of famous teachers,collecting concerns in advance to discuss clinical hot issues with a purpose,increasing the frequency of sharing and diversifying the content of sharing.Conclusion As a new model of plastic and aesthetic continuing education,online training has its advantages and disadvantages.The new model of combining online and offline continuing education is the future development direction,which is of great significance to promote the development of plastic and aesthetic medicine continuing education and improve the professional skills of practitioners.
