重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2021年9月该院收治的128例复发性口腔溃疡患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案不同将其分为观察组与对照组各64例。对照组采用康复新液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗,比较两组临床疗效,临床症状改善时间,治疗前后血清炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、上皮细胞膜结合黏液素1(MUC1)、CC修饰趋化因子11(CCL11)水平,治疗后3个月内复发率,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为98.44%(63/64),高于对照组的87.50%(56/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溃疡愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、渗出消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清SOD水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组MDA、MUC1、CCL11水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均无明显不良反应发生;治疗后3个月内,观察组复发率为9.38%(6/64),低于对照组的23.44%(15/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者可提高治疗总有效率和SOD水平,缩短临床症状改善时间,降低血清炎性因子水平、MDA水平、MUC1水平、CCL11水平和复发率,其效果优于单纯康复新液治疗。Objective:To observe effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:The clinical data of 128 patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into observation group and control group,64 cases in each.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid,while the observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the improvement time of clinical symptoms,the serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]levels before and after the treatment,the levels of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),epithelial cell membrane-binding mucin 1(MUC1),CC-modified chemokine 11(CCL11),the recurrence rate after 3 months treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.44%(63/64),which was higher than 87.50%(56/64)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer healing time,the pain disappearance time,the edema disappearance time and the exudation disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the and differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum SOD levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of MDA,MUC1 and CCL11 in the two groups
