玻璃离子与含氟复合体充填治疗乳前牙邻面龋齿患儿的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较玻璃离子与含氟复合体充填治疗乳前牙邻面龋齿患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年3月至2023年1月该院收治的70例乳前牙邻面龋齿患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各35例。对照组采用玻璃离子充填治疗,研究组采用含氟复合体充填治疗,比较两组临床疗效、龈沟液炎性因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平、咀嚼效率、咬合力和并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗优良率为94.29%,明显高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,两组龈沟液IL-6、IL-1β水平均高于治疗前,但研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,两组咀嚼效率和咬合力均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为2.86%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:含氟复合体充填治疗乳前牙邻面龋齿患儿可提高治疗优良率、咀嚼效率和咬合力,降低龈沟液炎性因子水平和并发症发生率,效果优于玻璃离子充填治疗。Objective:To compare effects of glass ionomer and fluorine-containing complex filling in treatment of children with proximal caries of deciduous anterior teeth.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 children with proximal caries of anterior deciduous teeth admitted to this hospital from March 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glass ionomer filling,while the study group was treated with fluorine-containing complex filling.The efficacy,the gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],the masticatory efficiency,the bite force,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 77.14%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-1βin gingival crevicular fluid in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,but those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after the treatment,the masticatory efficiency and the bite force of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.86%,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fluoride-containing complex filling can improve the excellent and good rate,the masticatory efficiency and the bite force,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and the incidence of complications in the children with proximal caries of deciduous anterior teeth.Moreover,it is superior to
