摘　　要：目的:探讨参苓白术颗粒缓解激素受体阳性、人表皮生长因子受2阴性(HR+/HER2-)乳腺癌患者接受阿贝西利联合内分泌治疗方案所致不良反应的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月华中科技大学协和深圳医院收治120例HR+/HER2-早期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各60例。两组均采用阿贝西利联合内分泌治疗方案,在此基础上,观察组采用参苓白术颗粒治疗,对照组给予安慰剂。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分高于治疗前,观察组治疗前后中医证候积分差值小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Karnofsky(KPS)评分低于治疗前,观察组治疗前后KPS评分差值小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻率低于对照组,腹泻持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乏力发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。结论:参苓白术颗粒可减轻HR+/HER2-乳腺癌患者接受阿贝西利联合内分泌治疗方案所致的不良反应,有效改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenling Baizhu Granule on alleviating the adverse reactions caused by Abemaciclib combined with endocrine therapy in hormone receptor-positive and human epidermal growth factor 2-negative(HR+/HER2-)breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 120 patients with HR+/HER2-early breast cancer admitted to Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with Abemaciclib combined with endocrine therapy.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Granule,and the control group was given placebo.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference of the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Karnofsky Performance Scale(KPS)score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the difference of the KPS scores before and after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of diarrhea in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Granule can alleviate the adverse reactions caused by Abemaciclib combined with endocrine therapy in patients with HR+/HER2-breast cancer,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
