术中快速冰冻乳腺肿瘤切片对病理诊断的准确性影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨在乳腺肿瘤病理诊断中采用术中快速冰冻乳腺肿瘤切片进行诊断的准确性。方法 本研究通过回顾性分析对2017年1月—2021年12月信丰县人民医院84例乳腺肿瘤患者的病理诊断结果进行探究分析,所有研究对象均采用术中快速冰冻乳腺肿瘤切片及常规石蜡切片进行检测,对2种不同切片方式技术水平进行比较,对术中快速冰冻乳腺肿瘤切片检测法对乳腺肿瘤大小、良恶性、类型的诊断准确性进行探讨。结果 术中快速冰冻乳腺肿瘤切片检测对乳腺肿瘤类型、大小、恶性程度的诊断准确率分别为95.24%、86.90%、95.24%,其诊断技术水平优于常规石蜡切片法检测(P<0.05)。结论 在术中采用快速冰冻切片法检测乳腺肿瘤病理标本对乳腺肿瘤患者不同方面的病理诊断均具有较高的价值,且其准确率较高,可对临床乳腺肿瘤性质、类型、病变程度等方面的确诊以及诊疗方案的制定提供临床依据,减少误诊以及漏诊率。Objective To explore the accuracy of intraoperative rapid frozen breast tumor sections in the pathological diagnosis of breast tumors.Methods In this study,the pathological diagnosis results of 84 patients with breast tumors in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were explored and analyzed by retrospective analysis.All subjects were detected by intraoperative rapid frozen section and conventional paraffin section.The technical level of two different slicing methods was compared.The accuracy of intraoperative rapid frozen breast tumor section in the diagnosis of breast tumor size,benign and malignant types was discussed.Results The accuracy of intraoperative rapid frozen breast tumor section in the diagnosis of breast tumor type,size and malignancy was 95.24%,86.90%and 95.24%respectively,and its diagnostic technology was better than that of conventional paraffin section(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of breast tumor pathological specimens by rapid frozen section during operation has high value for the pathological diagnosis of different aspects of breast tumor patients,and its accurate coincidence rate is high.It can provide clinical basis for the determination of the nature,type and degree of clinical breast tumor and the formulation of diagnosis and treatment plan,and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
