摘　　要：总磷是评价白酒工业废水的重要指标之一。白酒工业废水-底锅水中的磷以正磷酸盐、混合磷酸盐和有机结合的磷的形式存在。水中磷的测定,通常按其存在形式分别测定总磷和正磷酸盐;钼酸铵分光光度法GB11893中总磷的测定需要消解,耗时较长,由于底锅水中各成分稳定,通过研究白酒工业废水-底锅水总磷与正磷酸盐的比例关系,根据正磷酸盐的浓度推断出总磷的浓度。正磷酸盐的测定为目视比色法,即样品的反应颜色与一系列已知总磷浓度梯度的颜色板比对,从而快速地判断样品正磷酸盐的浓度。Total phosphorus is one of the important indexes to evaluate liquor industry wastewater.Liquor industry wastewater-pot water phosphorus orthophosphate,mixed phosphate and organic bound phosphorus in the form of.Determination of phosphorus in water,usually according to their existing forms of total phosphorus and orthophosphate were determined;ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric determination of total phosphorus in the need to digest GB11893-89,take a long time,due to the stability of the ingredients of the pot pot water,through the study Liquor industrial wastewater-pot water total phosphorus and orthophosphate ratio relationship,according to the concentration of orthophosphate to infer the concentration of total phosphorus.The orthophosphate assay is a visual colorimetric assay in which the reaction color of the sample is compared to a series of color plates of known total phosphorus concentration gradients to quickly determine the orthophosphate concentration of the sample.
