摘 要:目的:本研究采用高效液相串联质谱法检测沙棘不同采收期及不同干燥过程中11种真菌毒素残留,并对其风险进行评估。方法:通过免疫亲合柱进行富集,采用液质建立真菌毒素检测方法;结合沙棘的抑菌效力试验结果对其进行风险评估。结果:11种真菌毒素的随行回收率在88%~103%之间,RSD≤7.8%,在测定的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.99)。所有批次HQ c<1,沙棘的真菌毒素风险较低。通过抑菌效力试验表明沙棘不具备抑菌作用,存在产生真菌毒素的风险。结论:通过高效液相串联质谱法检测沙棘中真菌毒素成分,具有快速、准确、简单等优点,适合沙棘中11种农药残留的高通量测定。Objective:This study used HPLC-MS to detect seabuckthorn at different harvesting periods and drying processes eleven types of fungal toxin residues were identified and risks were evaluated for application.Methods:Enrichment was carried out through immunoaffinity columns,and a fungal toxin detection method was established using liquid chromatography;Conduct a risk assessment based on the antibacterial efficacy test results of seabuckthorn.Results:The accompanying recovery rates of 11 fungal toxins ranged from 88%to 103%,with RSD≤7.8%,showing a good linear relationship(r≥0.99)within the determined range.All batches with HQc<1 have a lower risk of fungal toxins in seabuckthorn.However,the antibacterial efficacy test shows that seabuckthorn does not have antibacterial effects and there is a risk of producing fungal toxins.Conclusion:The detection of fungal toxins in seabuckthorn by HPLC-MS has the advantages of fast,accurate,and simple detection,making it suitable for high-throughput determination of eleven pesticide residues in seabuckthorn.
