摘 要:“茶叶审评与检验”是一门综合性和实践性极强的茶学专业课程,是茶学高素质综合人才培养环节的重要组成部分。以贵州大学茶学院“茶叶审评与检验”课程为例,分析了课程教学现状及存在的问题,并结合教育现代化、信息化改革的目标和要求,提出借助“互联网+”环境,以学生发展为中心的课程教学模式改革对策,以期激发学生学习内驱力,提升课程教学效果,为培养既有扎实理论基础,又有过硬实践能力的新农科人才提供借鉴和参考。Tea Review and Inspection is a comprehensive and practical tea professional course,which is an important part of the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive talents in tea science.Taking the Tea Review and Inspection course in Tea College of Guizhou University as an example,this study analyzed the current teaching situation and problems in detail combined with the objectives and requirements of education informatization reform.In order to stimulate students internal stress and improve the teaching effect of the curriculum,the student development-centered countermeasures of curriculum reform were proposed based on the environment of“internet plus”.The result can provide reference for the cultivation of agricultural talents with both strong theoretical basis and excellent practical ability in the new era.
