摘  要:数字经济蓬勃发展引发了商业模式的变革,外贸环境面临更多不确定因素,企业的转型发展面临前所未有的挑战。新商科理念的提出,为应对世界经济格局态势发展和外贸环境的不确定性提供了商业人才培养创新思维。从当前数字经济变革下新商科人才的需求特点出发,分析高校国际商务硕士培养的趋势,并在此基础上提出了产教研融合视角下数字经济时代应用型国际商务硕士人才的培养模式,对高校新商科人才培养的具体实践具有一定的参考意义。The vigorous development of the digital economy has triggered changes in business models,the foreign trade environment is facing more uncertainties,and the transformation and development of enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges.The concept of new business science provides innovative thinking for the training of business talents in response to the development of the world economic pattern and the uncertainty of the foreign trade environment.Starting from the demand characteristics of new business talents under the current digital economy reform,the trend of international business master training in colleges and universities is analyzed,and on this basis,the training mode of applied international business master’s talents in the digital economy era under the perspective of industry-education integration is proposed,which has certain reference significance for the specific practice of new business talent training in colleges and universities.
