摘  要:引水竖井是抽水蓄能电站水道系统的关键组成部分,也是电站土建工程施工的重点和难点,其施工进度及质量直接关系到电站如期建成和工程耐久性。该文阐述了290 m超深竖井的施工难点及特点,探讨了抽水蓄能电站超深竖井施工及质量控制,结合竖井井口平台、绞车提升系统、混凝土溜管的布置及安全,分析了竖井下弯段、直线段滑模、上弯段衬砌的方法、工艺流程、施工质量控制措施,确保竖井施工安全可靠、质量优秀,同时也为同类工程竖井施工提供参考。The diversion shaft is the key part of the waterway system of pumped storage power station,and also the key and difficult point of civil engineering construction,its construction progress and quality are directly related to the completion of the power station on schedule and the durability of the project.This paper describes the difficulties and characteristics of the construction of the 290m ultra-deep shaft,the construction and quality control of ultra deep shaft in pumped storage power station are discussed,combined with the layout and safety of shaft wellhead platform,winch lifting system and concrete chute,the lining methods,process flow and construction quality control measures of shaft lower bending section,straight section slip form and upper bending section are analyzed,to ensure safe and reliable construction as well as eXCellent quality of the shaft concrete,and at the same time,to provide the reference for shaft concrete construction of similar projects.
