摘　　要：落震试验是飞机起落架在试验台进行模拟飞机着陆撞击地面的一种动力特性试验。为解决落震测试设备陈旧落后、测试通道少、信号精度差、误差大的问题,借助LabVIEW开发环境,搭建了模块化程度高、交互性强、界面友好的起落架小落震检测系统,采用DEWESoft进行数据采集,借用MicrosoftADO完成测量数据的存储与交换,通过硬件配置、系统配置、通道校验、测试界面、用户管理5个功能模块,实现了系统自检、系统校验、历史校验、数据回放、报表生成、实时监控等功能。系统可同时开展高度、位移、转速、加速度、应变和力的多通道测量工作,能满足常规军机、民机大、中、小型起落架研制工作的所有要求。测试系统经计量与校准合格,已在民机、军机的前、主起落架落震试验中得到推广与应用,还可广泛适用于起落架类型试验测试。The drop shock test is a dynamic characteristic test of aircraft landing gear which simulates aircraft landing on the ground.In order to solve the problems of outdated testing equipment,few testing channels,poor signal accuracy and large error,LabVIEW development environment is used to build a landing gear small drop shock detection system with high modularity,strong interaction and friendly interface.DEWESoft is used for data acquisition,and MicrosoftADO is used to complete the storage and exchange of measurement data.Hardware configuration,system configuration,channel verification,test interface,user management five functional modules are used to realize system self-test,system verification,historical verification,data playback,report generation,real-time monitoring and other functions.The system can simultaneously carry out the multi-channel measurement work of altitude,displacement,speed,acceleration,strain and force,and can meet all the requirements of the development of large,medium and small landing gear of conventional military aircraft and civil aircraft.The measurement and calibration of the test system are qualified,and it has been popularized and applied in the landing gear drop shock test of civil and military aircraft,and can also be widely used in the landing gear type test.
