摘  要:榫槽结构作为一种多构件连接方式,在许多领域都有应用,而榫槽结构加工过程中出现的表面加工问题是批量生产中需要解决的关键问题之一。以电梯导轨为例,分析了某企业目前的加工工艺,从工艺角度研究了毛刺产生的原因,通过提高工件刚度、减少切削量对工艺进行了优化,解决了榫槽表面加工问题,满足了工件精度要求,并且提高了生产效率。As a multi-component connection method,mortise and tenon structure has been adopted in many fields,and the surface processing problem that occurs during the processing of mortise and groove structure is one of the key points to be solved in mass production.Taking the elevator guide rail as an example,the current processing technology of an enterprise is analyzed,the cause of burr is studied from the perspective of process,and the process is optimized by increasing the rigidity of the workpiece and reducing the amount of cutting,which solves the problem of mortise and groove surface processing,meets the workpiece accuracy requirements,and improves production efficiency.
