摘  要:设计了一种无水干式太阳能板清洁机器人,包括吸附装置、驱动装置和清洁装置。吸附装置是利用螺旋桨旋转将负压腔内的空气排出,从而产生真空吸附在倾斜的光伏板上;通过电动机驱动4个麦克纳姆轮使小车能够在光伏板上向不同方向移动;清洁装置由滚刷、底部环式抹布和集尘箱组成,滚刷进行初步清扫并将易清扫的灰尘消除,底部的抹布对太阳能板进行二次清洁。太阳能板清洗机器人能够替代传统的人工清洁,从而实现对太阳能板的全自动清洁功能,且完全不消耗水资源,较大程度上降低了光伏电站运维的成本。A water-free solar panel cleaning robot is designed,including adsorption device,driving device and cleaning device.The adsorption device uses the propeller to rotate the air out of the negative pressure chamber,so as to generate vacuum adsorption on the tilted photovoltaic panel.The driving device consists of four McNamham wheels,which are driven by a motor to enable the car to move in different directions on the photovoltaic panel.The cleaning device is composed of a rolling brush,a bottom ring type rag and a dust collection box.The rolling brush does the preliminary cleaning and eliminates the dust that is easy to clean,and the bottom rag does the secondary cleaning for the solar panel.Solar panel cleaning robot can replace the traditional manual cleaning,so as to realize the automatic cleaning function of solar panels,and does not consume water resources at all,reducing the cost of photovoltaic power station operation and maintenance to a large extent.
