摘　　要：随着经济发展,项目数量不断增加,项目型组织积累了海量的项目知识资源.然而,由于项目的复杂性、不确定性、独特性和临时性等特征,在项目环境下实现有效的知识转移面临很大的挑战,引起了大量的理论研究与应用探讨.本文结合科学计量工具和LDA主题模型分析法,对Web of Science数据库中1994年1月至2022年6月的项目知识转移文献进行了搜集、整理和分析,总结了各主题下的代表性理论、方法与成果,并探讨了项目知识转移的未来发展方向.With the continuous improvement of economy and the increasing number of projects,project-based organizations(PBOs)have created and accumulated a large amount of project knowledge.However,the complexity,uniqueness and temporary nature of projects make knowledge transfer(KT)challenging in project contexts,thus having attracted many theoretical research and applied discussions in project management academia and industry.Combined with the application of science econometric tools and LDA theme model analysis method,this paper collects,collates and analyzes the project knowledge transfer literature in the Web of Science database from January 1994 to June 2022.It summarizes the representative theories,methods and achievements under each theme,and discusses the future development direction of project knowledge transfer.
