摘 要:文章以辽宁大唐国际新能源有限公司阜蒙粱北光伏项目为研究案例,为解决阜蒙粱北光伏项目发电能力较差问题,采取对单晶硅电池板表面进行水清洗、擦拭、空气吹扫,并在光伏组件单晶硅电池板表面敷设一层食品保鲜膜的措施后,每年至少可以提高阜新阜蒙粱北光伏项目250万k W·h发电量,产能效益、经济效益、价值效益均非常显著。在地理条件和交通条件受到制约,同时又存在水资源稀缺的实际工况下,采取在光伏组件单晶硅电池板本体表面敷设食品保鲜膜的方法,能够为光伏发电项目提质增效,值得在业界广泛推广。The article takes the Fumeng Liangbei Photovoltaic Project of Liaoning Datang International New Energy Co.,Ltd.as a research case.In order to solve the problem of poor power generation capacity of the Fumeng Liangbei Photovoltaic Project,measures such as water cleaning,wiping,air blowing on the surface of monocrystalline silicon panels,and laying a layer of food preservation film on the surface of the photovoltaic module monocrystalline silicon cell board can be taken to increase at least 2.5 million kW·h of power generation and production efficiency of the Fuxin Fumeng Liangbei Photovoltaic Project every year.The economic and value benefits are both very significant.In the actual working conditions where geographical and transportation conditions are constrained,and water resources are scarce,the method of laying food preservation film on the surface of photovoltaic module monocrystalline silicon battery panels can improve the quality and efficiency of photovoltaic power generation projects,and is worth promoting widely in the industry.
