摘　　要：为了优化信息化背景下的制造企业生产过程全流程管控模式,需要明确当前制造企业信息化生产的概念,分析其信息化改革及进行全流程管控的必要性,明确制造企业生产过程全流程管控技术,同时制定相应的实践策略。制造企业信息化生产运用多种信息技术,将生产过程中的各个环节都融合了信息化元素,与我国对制造企业提出的政策要求吻合,提升了资源利用效率。In order to optimize the whole process control mode of manufacturing enterprise’s production process in the context of informatization,it is necessary to clarify the concept of informatization production of manufacturing enterprises at present,analyze the necessity of informatization reform and whole process control,clarify the whole process control technology of manufacturing enterprise’s production process,and formulate corresponding practical strategies.Manufacturing enterprise’s informatization uses a variety of information technology to integrate informatization elements in all links of the production process,which is consistent with China’s policy requirements for manufacturing enterprises and improves resource utilization efficiency.
