窝沟封闭联合涂氟干预预防儿童乳磨牙龋齿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨窝沟封闭联合涂氟干预预防儿童乳磨牙龋齿的临床疗效。方法:通过随机数字表法将2019年11月—2022年5月于我院进行口腔保健的110例儿童分为两组(n=55)。入组患儿均给予常规的乳磨牙龋齿预防干预,对照组在此基础上施以窝沟封闭术,观察组则在对照组基础上联合涂氟。随访1年,分别评估两组随访6个月、12个月窝沟封闭剂完整程度、乳磨牙龋齿发生率、牙周健康情况。结果:观察组随访6个月、12个月窝沟封闭剂完整率高于对照组,乳磨牙龋齿发生率低于对照组,SBI、PLI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:窝沟封闭联合涂氟干预能有效预防儿童乳磨牙龋齿的发生,提高窝沟封闭剂完整程度,同时也有利于提高儿童牙周健康水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fissure sealing combined with fluoride intervention in preventing dental caries of deciduous molars in children.Methods:A total of 110 children who underwent oral health care in our hospital from November 2019 to May 2022 were divided into two groups(n=55)by random number table method.All the enrolled children were given routine preventive intervention of deciduous molar caries.On this basis,the control group was treated with fissure sealing,while the observation group was treated with fluoride on the basis of the control group.After 1 year of follow-up,the integrity of fissure sealing,the incidence of deciduous molar caries and periodontal health were evaluated in the two groups after 6 months and 12 months of follow-up.Results:At 6 and 12 months of follow-up,The complete rate of fissure sealing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of deciduous molar caries was lower than that in the control group,and the SBI and PLI scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fissure sealing combined with fluoride intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of deciduous molar caries in children,improve the integrity of pit and fissure sealant,and also help to improve the periodontal health of children.
