摘　　要：目的探讨2020—2021年天津市16家医学中心胃癌发病及治疗情况。方法采用回顾性描述性研究方法。收集天津市天津医科大学肿瘤医院等16家医学中心2020—2021年收治的3122例行手术治疗胃癌患者的临床资料;男2112例,女1010例;年龄为(64±11)岁。观察指标:(1)患者基本情况。(2)治疗情况。(3)术后并发症情况。正态分布的计量资料以x±s表示,偏态分布的计量资料以M(范围)表示。计数资料以绝对数或百分比表示,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果(1)患者基本情况。2020—2021年天津市16家医学中心行手术治疗胃癌患者3122例,男2112例,女1010例;其中2020年1443例,男976例,女467例,年龄为(63±11)岁;2021年1679例,男1136例,女543例,年龄为(65±11)岁。3122例患者中,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期分别为696、667、1466、293例,占比分别为22.293%(696/3122)、21.365%(667/3122)、46.957%(1466/3122)、9.385%(293/3122)。3122例患者中,早期胃癌、进展期胃癌、晚期胃癌占比分别为17.265%(539/3122)、73.350%(2290/3122)、9.385%(293/3122);其中2829例未发生远处转移,293例发生远处转移。2829例未发生远处转移患者中T1期、T2期、T3期、T4a期、T4b期占比分别为19.053%(539/2829)、12.089%(342/2829)、20.148%(570/2829)、41.499%(1174/2829)、7.211%(204/2829);N0期、N1期、N2期、N3期占比分别为37.328%(1056/2829)、16.331%(462/2829)、15.836%(448/2829)、30.505%(863/2829);293例发生远处转移晚期胃癌患者中,190例腹膜转移、47例淋巴结转移、27例卵巢转移、37例肝转移、14例其他转移,部分患者有≥2种远处转移。(2)治疗情况。①539例早期胃癌患者2020年和2021年行内镜黏膜下剥离术、腹腔镜手术、开放手术分别为22、150、86例和19、212、50例,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.42,P<0.05);498例行腹腔镜和开放手术早期胃癌患者,其中行开放全胃切除术、开放远端胃切除术、开放近端胃切除术和腹腔�Objective To investigate the incidence and treatment of gastric cancer in 16 medical centers in Tianjin from 2020 to 2021.Methods The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted.The clinical data of 3122 gastric cancer patients who underwent surgery in 16 medical centers,including Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute&Hospital,et al,in Tianjin from 2020 to 2021 were collected.There were 2112 males and 1010 females,aged(64±11)years.Observation indicators:(1)general data of patients;(2)treatment situations;(3)postoperative complications.Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean±SD,and measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M(range).Count data were descri-bed as absolute numbers or percentages,and comparison between groups was conducted by the chi-square test.Results(1)General data of patients.From 2020 to 2021,a total of 3122 gastric cancer patients received surgeries in 16 medical centers in Tianjin,including 2112 males and 1010 females.There were 1443 cases in 2020,including 976 males and 467 females,aged(63±11)years.There were 1679 cases in 2021,including 1136 males and 543 females,aged(65±11)years.Of the 3122 pati-ents,cases in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere 696,667,1466,293,accounting for 22.293%(696/3122),21.365%(667/3122),46.957%(1466/3122),9.385%(293/3122),respectively.Cases with early gastric cancer,locally advanced gastric cancer,advanced gastric cancer account for 17.265%(539/3122),73.350%(2290/3122),9.385%(293/3122).There were 2829 patients without distant metastasis and 293 patients with distant metastasis.For the 2829 patients without distant metas-tasis,cases in stage T1,T2,T3,T4a,T4b accounted for 19.053%(539/2829),12.089%(342/2829),20.148%(570/2829),41.499%(1174/2829),7.211%(204/2829)respectively,cases in stage N0,N1,N2,N3 account for 37.328%(1056/2829),16.331%(462/2829),15.836%(448/2829),30.505%(863/2829).For the 293 advanced gastric cancer patients with distant metastasis,190 cases had peri-toneal metastasis,47 cases had lymph node metasta
