创新主体与营商环境的协同如何驱动区域创新绩效?——基于制度逻辑的组态效应

摘　　要：基于协同演化理论和制度逻辑理论,结合DEA和fsQCA研究方法,从组态视角分析了制度逻辑下创新主体与营商环境交互影响区域创新绩效的复杂机制。研究发现:(1)单个创新主体和营商环境要素并不构成高/非高区域创新绩效的必要条件;(2)产生高区域创新绩效的组态路径有5条,包括政府与市场双元逻辑下技术创新主体活跃型、政府与市场双元逻辑下知识创新主体活跃型、政府与市场双元逻辑下创新主体协同型、市场逻辑主导下创新主体协同型、政府与市场逻辑缺失下创新主体协同型。研究成果有助于深化认识多重制度逻辑下跨层次多因素的区域创新绩效影响机制,对解决区域创新发展的现实困境和提高国家整体创新能力具有重要意义。Based on co-evolution theory and institutional logic theory,combined with DEA and fsQCA research methods,this paper analyzes the complex mechanism of innovation subject and doing business factors affecting regional innovation performance from the perspective of configuration.The study finds that:individual innovation subject or doing business factors do not constitute the necessary conditions for high/non-high regional innovation performance;②there are five configuration paths lead to high regional innovation performance,including the active type of technology innovation subject under the dual logic of government and market,the active type of knowledge innovation subject under the dual logic of government and market,the collaborative type of innovation subject under the dual logic of government and market,the collaborative type of innovation subject under the guidance of market logic,and the collaborative type of innovation subject under the lack of government and market logic.The results of this paper are helpful to deepen the understanding of cross-level and multi-factor driving mechanism of the regional innovation performance under the multiple institutional logics,which is of great significance to solve the practical dilemma of regional innovation development and improve the overall innovation ability of the country.
